• Over $30 million project about to begin to rebuild Georgetown infrastructure.


• $9 million project to rebuild Georgetown sidewalks.

Duration of Project.

• Expected length of both projects is 2 - 3 years.


• During this time traffic will necessarily be diverted through alternative routes such as the Whitehurst, essentially training
• District drivers to rely on other streets than M Street.

Disruption is a given, so the effects of any streetscape changes will be marginal.
