Improve Scenery on M Street and Wisconsin Avenue.

• Increase tree coverage.


• Provide shade and attractive scenery as well as cleaner air.


• Increase customer base through more enjoyable and attractive exterior.

Widen Sidewalks on M Street.

• Increase each side by 5 feet.


• Reduce lanes of traffic/parking from 6 to 5.


• Enhance access to storefronts while increasing pedestrian comfort and safety.


• Reduce feeling of vehicular dominance.
